Shipping Policy

SP.1 Steelman H12/24 Race™ offers both domestic and international shipping. Please refer to the list of serviced areas and associated shipping costs in section SP.10.

All shipments within Italy are carried out using 24h/72h express courier services. For islands and remote areas, delivery times vary between 3 to 5 business days.

SP.2 Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified for particular products or during periods of high demand. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SP.3 Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time. We recommend checking the tracking regularly to stay updated on the delivery.

SP.4 Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are the general estimates:

  • National Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (Italy)
  • International Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note that the indicated delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SP.5 Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Shipping is free for orders over €79.00.

SP.6 Liability and Customs Duties: Steelman H12/24 Race™ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays or logistical issues. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and other fees that may be applied by the destination country’s authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid separately.

SP.7 Incorrect Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Steelman H12/24 Race™ is not responsible for undelivered or delayed shipments due to incomplete or incorrect information. If you realize you have provided the wrong address, please contact our customer service immediately at support@steelmanh24race.com to try to correct the error before the order is shipped.

SP.8 Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at support@steelmanh24race.com as soon as possible for assistance. We will help you contact the courier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the specific circumstances.

SP.9 Refused or Failed Deliveries: If an order delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to Steelman H12/24 Race™. In this case, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
