🏃 Session 1: RUN – Technique & Training
Specific dynamic warm-up for running
Running technique: posture, cadence, and foot strike
Hill repeats: aerobic power development
5K cash-out: group run to consolidate technique

Coffee break, hydration, and time for active recovery.

🦾 Session 2: STRENGTH – Technique & Training
Technique on key strength exercises: biomechanics, injury prevention, and load progression
Strength session: percentage-based work

Free time for showering, stretching, and relaxation before dinner.

Mountain bike technique: riding position, cornering, gear changes, managing descents and climbs, terrain reading
Night ride: group night ride (bike lights mandatory) on a non-technical 15–20 km route + pit stop for a hot drink

Review of the previous day: lessons learned and areas to optimize
Theoretical training: principles of hybrid training, periodization, fatigue management, recovery between different disciplines, and how to structure your annual plan

Experience one of the most anticipated STEELMAN events of the year from the inside. Test it and improve your strategy.

Break with guided stretching and foam rolling. Preparation for the swim session.

Swimming technique: analysis and correction of glide, breathing, and efficient stroke

Practical tips: equipment, safety, and tips for Steelman Event 2
