Introductory video, team presentation, and weekend overview.
11:15 – 12:30🏃 Session 1: RUN – Technique & Training
- Dynamic warm-up specific to running
- Running technique: posture, cadence, and foot strike
- Hill repeats: aerobic power development
- 5–7K cash-out: group run to reinforce technique

Coffee break, hydration, and time for active recovery.
15:30 – 17:00🦾 Session 2: HYBRID – Technique & Training
Technique work on the key exercises featured in Steelman, followed by a specific workout session.
18:00 – 18:30🧠 Mindset
How to improve your mental approach during critical moments and develop resilience under the extreme conditions of Steelman.

🚴 Session 3: MTB – Technique & Bike Handling
- Mountain bike skills training: riding position, cornering, gear shifting, climbing and descending techniques, and terrain reading
- Night ride: approximately 20 km on mixed terrain (bike lights and helmet required)

- Swimming technique: analysis and correction of body position, breathing, and efficient stroke mechanics

- Rowing technique: catch, drive, finish, and breathing management
- Technical instruction on the main foundational strength exercises, combined with a specific plyometric training session
