🏃 Session 1: RUN – Technique & Training
  • Dynamic warm-up specific to running
  • Running technique: posture, cadence, and foot strike
  • Hill repeats: aerobic power development
  • 5–7K cash-out: group run to reinforce technique

🚴 Session 3: MTB – Technique & Bike Handling
  • Mountain bike skills training: riding position, cornering, gear shifting, climbing and descending techniques, and terrain reading
  • Night ride: approximately 20 km on mixed terrain (bike lights and helmet required)

  • Swimming technique: analysis and correction of body position, breathing, and efficient stroke mechanics
  • Water training: teamwork, effort management, and practical tips
